 Our Mission

At Taxation By Citation, we stand firmly in support of our law enforcement officers. These brave men and women are dedicated to protecting our communities, and their primary role should always be to safeguard our lives and uphold justice—not to act as tax collectors for the government. This is not by their choice.

Unfortunately, each year, our police officers are compelled to issue unnecessary citations that serve as a hidden tax on the public. This practice is not only unfair to hardworking citizens but also diverts crucial resources away from true crime prevention. Our tax dollars are being funneled into government coffers, only to be spent frivolously by Big Government.

This misuse of law enforcement endangers officers, making them easy targets for those who are anti-police. It also keeps them tied up in issuing citations rather than engaging in proactive policing that could prevent crime and keep our neighborhoods safe.

It’s time to stand up for our police and demand that they be allowed to do their jobs—protecting us, not taxing us. Join us in advocating for a system where our officers can focus on what truly matters: keeping our communities secure.

What others are saying about it…

“Now listen, I’ve got nothing but respect for our police, but turning them into revenue machines? Well, that’s just plain wrong! They ought to be out there catching real crooks, not pulling me over for going 5 miles over just to fill some quota!”

G. Bailey

“I did not become a law-abiding citizen merely to be trifled with by endless citations. If the government is so desperate for my money, I would much prefer to donate it voluntarily—at least then it would be tax-deductible!”

E. Darcy

“They say crime doesn’t pay—unless it’s the government with its hand in your pocket! Let’s quit turning our lawmen into glorified toll collectors and get ‘em back to doin’ the real work of keeping us safe.”

G.W. McClintock

“Wait a minute—speeding tickets are a side job for the government now? That’s crazy! Our cops deserve way more than being, like, super grumpy parking elves. Let them do their real job—protecting and serving, not ticketing and taxing!”

B. Hobbs

“It’s not just a matter of taxes; I’m concerned for our officers’ well-being! Stuck in their cruisers all day isn’t exactly ideal, and who ends up covering their medical costs for carpal tunnel from all those radar guns? That’s right, it’s us—the taxpayers! Let’s boldly go back to a system where our police are free to protect and serve, not just generate revenue.”

J. Kirk

“Well, I declare, using our police to fill the government’s pockets is just as dreadful as a war with no cause. Our officers should be out there catching real criminals, not playing tax collectors. After all, tomorrow is another day—but only if we let them do their real jobs today.”

S. Butler

“As a small business owner, I pay my fair share of taxes. What I don’t expect is for our officers to be tied up writing tickets when they should be out catching menaces to society!”

G. Wilson

“Well, back in my day, our police were out there fighting crime, not just handing out tickets. We need ’em catching them real criminals, not just padding the government’s pockets. Let’s get ’em back to doing what they do best!”

D. Moses
